About Joseph DiBella

Joseph DiBella currently functions as managing director and executive vice president for Conner Strong & Buckelew, where he is responsible for all aspects of the Employee Benefits Division. The firm, which offers risk management and insurance services, is based in New Jersey and serves clients through three offices in Marlton, Parsippany, and Toms River. In this position, Joseph DiBella oversees daily consulting and brokerage services while also developing new strategic services and focusing on new business development. He also consults with key clients and engages in program design.

Prior to joining Conner Strong & Buckelew, Joseph DiBella managed national and large account business for Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield in New Jersey. He also held employment with Horizon working for the company’s HMO subsidiary in managed care policy and development. Prior to beginning his career he studied political science at Seton Hall University, where he graduated with honors and also served as president of the Student Senate and TKE Fraternity. In his free time, he enjoys watching baseball.
